About
“My purpose is to use my passion and creativity to motivate and inspire others to live their life on purpose, manifesting their vision through spirit and in harmony with the laws of the universe. To passionately embrace love and all forms of positive awareness and expression of joy in a harmonious declaration of one’s true self.”
What is your passion? What do you love to do? What would you do everyday for free? (as long as you had the resources you needed to live the life you have always dreamed about) What is your purpose for being here? I believe we are all here for a reason and a purpose, and it is our duty and responsibility to our fellow human beings to discover what our purpose is. I believe once you find your purpose, the vision for your life will become visible to you. You will know why you are here and what you must do. All you have to do then, is define all the goals you will need to accomplish to manifest your vision. Once you have your plan and your goals laid out, it’s time to take action on them. Nothing really happens until you take action. It’s all about implementation!

Shea Ellison, The Success Catalyst
I have been a teacher, mentor, and student of human potential and personal development and have been actively studying and applying the knowledge, principles, and wisdom of many of the greatest teachers of the past 100 years to my own life and sharing what I’ve learned with others. I first read, or more accurately – studied Psycho Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz back in 1977. In this groundbreaking book, Dr. Maltz construes that man is a living ‘machine’; a goal-seeking machine comprised of many interlinked systems.
This classic self-help book, written by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, M.D. in 1960 and was published by the non-profit Psycho-Cybernetics Foundation. Motivational and self-help experts in personal development, including Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, and Brian Tracy have based their techniques on this title from Maxwell Maltz. Many of the psychological methods of training top athletes are based on the concepts in Psycho-Cybernetics as well. The book combines the cognitive behavioral technique of teaching an individual how to regulate self-concept developed by Prescott Lecky with the cybernetics of Norbert Wiener and John von Neumann. The book defines the mind-body connection as the core in succeeding in attaining personal goals.
Maltz found that his plastic surgery patients often had expectations that were not satisfied by the surgery, so he pursued a means of helping them set the goal of a positive outcome through visualization of that positive outcome. Maltz became interested in why setting goals works. He learned that the power of self-affirmation and mental visualization techniques used the connection between the mind and the body. He specified techniques to develop a positive inner goal as a means of developing a positive outer goal. This concentration on inner attitudes is essential to his approach, as a person’s outer success can never rise above the one visualized internally.
I have studied and applied the science of success, achievement, and inner peace from the masters such as Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Earl Nightingale, Napoleon Hill, Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Gregg Braden, Jack Canfield, and many others throughout the past 30+ years. See the Reading List for links to many of the books in my library.
So what have I learned? What are the biggest, MOST important lessons? What are the keys to success? What makes the difference between the people who succeed BIG in their lives, who live on purpose, who manifest their vision and create the life they have imagined? I will address these and other questions as we progress through The Success Principles Plus! Workshop.
The undisputed classic Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill has been the work upon which hundreds of other books and programs have been created over the past 73 years. The Success Principles by Jack Canfield, released in 2005 is the best self-improvement book written since that time. This was followed by “The Success Principles for Teens” in 2008 which focuses on the twenty core principles that apply to all people – including teenagers. This workshop is based upon that book.
Enroll in ‘The Success Principles Plus! Workshop” so that you can finally understand, grasp, and consistently apply the principles of success in your life and manifest the life you have imagined!
To your success…
